OPTIMIST Team’s research focuses on modeling and solving complex and combinatorial optimization problems with the central issue of resource allocation. We are essentially interested in attractive applications requiring strong performance in the fields of transportation and mobility, routing and scheduling, energy and smart grid, telecommunication networks and process engineering. The underlying problems are often NP-hard, and we have to resort to design efficient algorithms including dominance properties.
